This may be one of the most versatile toneboards made.  Originally designed as a distress board, these excelled at howling so much that they have become our most popular howler toneboard.
 
The YDD2 requires very little air to blow and is freeze proof even in the coldest of environments.
 
Used as a distress call, the YDD2 can produce the full range of low to high pitches needed to make your favorite distress sound.
 
5/8 inch diameter

Use reed number 3 in .014 thicknes for best results.

Black, white, or clear

The YDD3 is designed as an all around distress call.  It can be extremely quiet to ear splitting loud.  It can sound like a sqeaking rodent or a shrill bird, or you can move up the reed and sound like a low, gravelly voiced jack rabbit.
 
The YDD3 works well in a variety of call barrels.

Use Reed numbers 1, 4 or 5 in .010" thickness for best results.

Use reed number 2 in .014" thickness for best results.

This toneboard is designed to be a pure coyote howler.  It will make a wide variety of coyote vocals from high pitched pup yelps to the big dog howls.
